Andrew Bordwin is a Manhattan-based commercial photographer and video producer/director, and a contemporary artist with work collected and exhibited worldwide.  

Commercial clients include Silverstein Properties, Marriott International, Sage Hospitality, Elkus Manfredi Architects, Gensler, Tai Ping, and many others.  Editorial clients include Casa Vogue, Condé Nast Traveler, Elle Decor, GQ, Martha Stewart Living, New York Magazine, and The New York Times.  Andrew's complete catalog of video work can be viewed via his production company, Milkbox

Fine art commissions include a suite of twenty iconic Manhattan images for Tiffany & Co. and a folio of forty Art Deco details shot in New York and London for Cunard's flagship ocean liner, Queen Mary 2.  His photographs are also in the collections of the Boston Museum of Fine Art, Brooklyn Museum of Art, New York Public Library, Virginia Museum of Fine Art, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Disney, Pfizer, Polaroid, Gap, and Polo/Ralph Lauren, among others.  Print sales are represented by Julie Saul Projects.

Since 1998, Andrew has created conceptual art in a wide range of media with Adam Ames under the collaborative name Type A. Their work has been shown in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Denver, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Mexico City, Havana, London, Madrid, Amsterdam, and Rotterdam.  From 2002 through 2020, Andrew served as Adjunct Professor in the photography department of Parsons School of Design in New York City.
